County release and booking-record requests go through the Sheriff’s Office of Professional Responsibilities at 23150 Leonard Hall Drive, extension 1900, or the Sheriff’s NextRequest portal. The current directory controls where older forms list a different detention extension.

State records belong to Maryland DPSCS at 6776 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD 21215, 410-585-3300 or 877-379-8636. Its Public Information Act page handles written records requests. The local Division of Parole and Probation office is in the Joseph D. Carter Building, 23110 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, MD 20650; call 301-880-2750 or 866-381-1178.   • Use the home search and records path to identify the custodian before requesting a release sheet.
  • For supervision navigation, use the Maryland Parole Commission or the Leonardtown DPP office. DPP does not publish a public name search.
  • For a recent county release, ask SMCDRC or the Sheriff records office because no public 24-hour or 72-hour release feed was found.
  • For notification, use Maryland VINE at 1-866-634-8463. A projected state or local date must come from the responsible custodian’s records.
